The journal's editors are committed to evaluating manuscripts solely based on their scientific quality and originality, free from any personal, ethnic, or political considerations regarding the authors. The editor-in-chief has full and independent authority in making publication decisions.

Second: Disclosure and Conflict of Interest

Editors are prohibited from using any unpublished information from submitted research for their own personal or research purposes without explicit permission.

Third: Investigation Mechanisms

The editorial management is responsible for reviewing any allegations of ethical misconduct. The journal follows the COPE guidelines for handling plagiarism, defamation, or data falsification.

Fourth: Reviewers' Duties

Peer review is a moral and academic obligation. Reviewers are required to maintain complete objectivity, ensuring that comments are supported by sound scientific arguments.

Authors' Responsibilities

First: Scientific Integrity

Authors must submit an accurate and honest report of their work. Deliberately providing misleading or inaccurate data is unethical and violates the principles of scientific publication.

Second: Data Availability

Authors are obligated to provide the primary data for their study upon request and ensure it is retained for at least ten years after publication.

Third: Combating Plagiarism

Submitted manuscripts must be entirely original. Plagiarism in all its forms—whether direct copying or substantial paraphrasing—is completely unacceptable.

Fourth: Multiple Publications

Authors are prohibited from submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously.
