Publication Fee Policy & 2027 Academic Support Initiative
Promoting High-Impact Research & Accessible Scholarly Publishing
To cover essential publication costs—including double-blind peer review, professional copyediting, typesetting, DOI registration, and permanent archiving—the standard Article Processing Charge (APC) is 400 USD (equivalent to 3,000 LYD).
Under the 2027 Academic Support Initiative, all manuscripts accepted during 2027 receive an institutional subsidy of up to 80% OFF the standard APC.

Important Guidelines & Fee Waivers
- Post-Acceptance Payment: Fees are payable only after peer review completion and official manuscript acceptance. Submission and peer review are completely free.
- Payment Instructions: Official bank transfer and payment guidelines will be sent alongside the Letter of Acceptance.
- Financial Hardship & Waivers: Full or partial fee waivers are available for authors from low-income countries or under demonstrated financial hardship. Submit a waiver request with your manuscript submission.
